Marcel Melzig is the founder of Circular Link and an independent analyst and advisor for luxury, sportswear and fashion brands. He analyses the markets through data and cultural signals: earnings, channel mix, pricing and what actually sells.

He works with brand and commercial teams on positioning and assortment decisions, ideally before season plans lock, when a clear read of the market still changes what gets bought, priced and pushed. Based in Germany, he works with brands worldwide and publishes what he sees in Market Pulse on Substack and on LinkedIn.
